Notice for 36th Circle Conference issued

N O T I C E

It is notified that 36^th Circle Conference of the association will be held on 24-08-2012 & 25-08-2012 in the Recreation Club, GPO, New Delhi - 110001 under the president ship of Sh. Ashok Kumar Jain, President of the association. Executive committee meeting will be held on both days.  Open session of the Conference will be held on 25-08-2012. Agenda for the Conference will be as under:-   

1.         Confirmation of minutes of the 35^th Circle Conference held on 05-06-2010 to 06-06-2010.

2.         Approval of the report of the activities of the circle association for the period from 05-06- 2010 to 23-08-2012.

3.         Approval of audited accounts for the period from 05-06-2010 to 23-08-2012.

4.         Organizational review.

5.         Problem of staff members.

6.         Election of office bearers for next term.

7.         Any other items with the permission of the chairman.
