Respected Madam,

               This Association would like to again bring to your kind notice that Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training) vide OM No. 142/15/2010-AVD-I dated 31^st July 2012 has revised rates of honorarium and other allowances payable to Inquiry Officers (IOs) and Presenting Officers (POs). This Association has already requested your honour vide letters of even number dated 13^th August, 2012 and 20^th September 2012 to circulate the above referred memo to all Circles and Regions but till date our Department has neither circulated the above captioned memo nor replied to us.

             This Associations Central Working Committee Meeting was held in Shirdi (Maharashtra) on 12^th and 13^th October, 2012 and during the course of discussions all the members of this Association have shown their great resentment for non circulation of above said memo by Postal Department.

          In view of above submissions your kind honour is once again requested to look into the matter personally and cause to circulate the above referred DOPT Office Memorandum to all Circles and Regions immediately under intimation to this Association.
